2. Weight Reduction:

In the weight reduction phase, you will replace two meals daily with one of our shakes until you reach your desired weight (Day x). We definitely recommend replacing dinner with one of our shakes. Whether you prefer to enjoy your second shake for breakfast or lunch is entirely up to you.

3. Weight Maintenance:

Once you have reached your desired weight, the goal is to avoid the yo-yo effect. You can best achieve this by gradually reintroducing your body to the old circumstances. This means that even during the weaning phase, you should consider that your body needs to adjust to a change again. You can best achieve this by replacing one meal daily with one of our shakes for at least 10 weeks even after your reduction phase.

The timing of meals is crucial!
