The prices stated on the product pages include the statutory VAT and other price components.

Shipping costs and delivery information

In addition to Switzerland, Austria and Germany, we also deliver to all other European countries.

Orders placed by 2 PM will be processed on the same day.

In addition to the stated product prices, we charge the prices listed in the table below for delivery. The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you again on the order page during the ordering process.

Free shipping to Germany and Austria is available for orders with a minimum value of €60. For orders under €60 and for deliveries to other countries, the following shipping costs apply:

Customs duties and taxes

For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional customs duties, taxes and fees may apply. Further information on customs duties can be found, for example, here and on import VAT here.

Delivery times

Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours (excluding weekends).

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single consignment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

During certain seasonal periods and during discount campaigns, longer delivery times may occur.
