Affiliate Terms and Conditions

Body's Perfect's affiliate program offers a commission-based cooperation model to partner companies and social media influencers.

Terms of Cooperation

Partners (male and female) are hereinafter referred to as "the Partner" and are equally included. BODY'S PERFECT GmbH will be referred to as Body's Perfect.

Validity: 01.07.2021 to 31.12.2021

1. The cooperation aims to market Body's Perfect's products. An affiliate partner's registration takes place at https://www.shoutout.global/login?id=p7dpl and is subsequently reviewed by Body's Perfect.

2. The Partner must have an online presence, e.g., in the form of an Instagram profile, a website, etc. This must converge with Body's Perfect's products. Under no circumstances may political or even criminally relevant content (e.g., incitement) be found on a Partner's website or profile.

3. After confirmation of registration, the Partner receives an affiliate code. When using this code, a customer saves 15% on the entire order. For an order placed with this affiliate code, the Partner is credited with a commission of 15%. The Partner can view the progress at any time at https://www.shoutout.global/login?id=p7dpl.

4. The Partner can initiate a payout at any time. To do this, the Partner simply creates an invoice for the commission earned to date and sends it to a previously announced Body's Perfect email address.

5. A minimum of 3 orders must be achieved monthly by the Partner to maintain the cooperation.

6. Body's Perfect accepts no liability for the Partner's advertising content. Body's Perfect reserves the right to use the Partner's advertising content for advertising purposes without restriction.

7. The Partner may not advertise weight loss products from other companies during the period of cooperation.

8. The cooperation can be terminated at any time with one week's notice.
